Relevant Experience

Emma has been working in the Health & Social care field for since 1993 and qualified as a registered nurse for people with learning Disabilities in 1998.

Emma worked in a variety of NHS hospital based and community care settings in a nursing and training capacity, mainly in the field of adults and children with complex and multiple disabilities before joining C.R.M Ltd in 2003.

Emma moved from primarily nursing into teaching in 2005 and since then has expanded the courses E.B.B Training can offer, to both Health & Social care staff and the public who wish to learn and develop their skills.

Emma is also a qualified Back Care Advisor and Risk Assessor, in healthcare settings for people being supported within their own homes.
